Appraisal Services is an independent appraisal business providing quality residential appraisals in northwest Indiana. Coverage areas include Newton, Jasper, Lake and Porter counties. Appraisal Services is owned and operated by Jeff Sands. Jeff is a certified residential appraiser licensed in the state of Indiana, FHA approved and specializes in residential appraisals. Appraisal types include single family residential, townhomes, vacant land, estates and farm land.

Jeff is a member of the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of REALTORS® and Lafayette Regional Association of REALTORS®.
